Modification of Dual to Separate Product-type Exponential Estimator in Case of Post- Stratification

This article proposes a modification of dual to separate product-type exponential estimator in the case of post-stratification. The bias and Mean Square Error (MSE) of the suggested estimator have been studied up to the first degree of approximation. It has been shown that the suggested estimator is more efficient than Lone and Tailor estimators and in the same vein, efficiency conditions of which the proposed estimator would be better are derived. Finally, an empirical study has been carried out to demonstrate the performance of the suggested estimator.
